Any coastal region will claim to have the best seafood. In the Pacific Northwest, we really do have a bounty of fish, shellfish, and crustacea that are difficult to match. Our seafood is easily paired with the offerings of our land including local wineries, and farms. They provide the perfect complement to the region’s seafood, creating a uniquely Northwest taste that can’t be ignored.

If you’ve never been to the Oyster Pop-Ups at Eleven Winery, November is the perfect month to partake. At Eleven Winery on Day Road, grab a glass of wine and join Salish Sea Greens as they shuck the finest oysters from the Puget Sound. The oyster bar will have all the fixings, including kelp mignonette, lemon and tabasco. There two opportunities to enjoy this event. Both of the events on November 5th and November 19th, will go from 4pm to 7pm.
