Susan loves living and working on Bainbridge Island and strongly believes in giving back to the community she serves. A portion of every transaction is donated to the Windermere Foundation, which is dedicated to helping those in need. Since 1989, Windermere Real Estate offices have been raising funds to help low-income and homeless families. Collectively, they've donated to over 500 local nonprofits and raised over $50,000,000.
Annually, Susan participates in the Arms Around Bainbridge swim fundraiser. Susan was on the Board of Directors for the Bainbridge Island Schools Foundation and Grants Committee. She was also a committee member for connection and inclusion for BARN (Bainbridge Artisan Resource Network). Additionally, she served on the Board of Directors for First Years Preschool and for Babe Ruth Baseball on Bainbridge Island.
